Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Our BCBAs provide clinical leadership, guide treatment planning, and support both children and team members through thoughtful, individualized care. This role is ideal for clinicians who value collaboration, strong family partnerships, and creating meaningful progress that supports each child’s needs.
BCBA Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and review clinical needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs
- Monitor client progress and make treatment adjustments
- Collaborate with caregivers and other providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical oversight
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Our Registered Behavior Technicians play an important role in helping children build meaningful skills through engaging, individualized ABA services. RBTs work directly with children, follow treatment plans developed by supervising clinicians, and help create positive learning experiences that support growth across daily routines.
RBT Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record session data
- Support skill development through play and daily activities
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
- Help create a positive, consistent learning environment
